Horrible product. Bought an expensive jacket after wearing just couple times, black logo on the back start bleeding and smudging all over. It's so bad that we can't even wear it anymore. Reached out to customer service and they refuse to address or take any action. Will never buy their products again. Do not buy this cheap quality clothing.

Few days ago my little sister wanted a plazzi by me. So i took help for this site. And got it. By wearing this plazzo my little sister look so beautiful and she fell very cosy. It is a well product. She love this product. Thank you.

Charged my card and then refunded because their overzealous so-called "IT" department thought there was a discrepancy in my information, even though there wasn't. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal, OC!

Opening Ceremony sell really expensive clothes but if something doesn't fit they charge the customer shipping to return or exchange the product. No matter the cost (my order $560). I will not order from OpeningCeremony.us website again.

Oh and it'll take them close to a month to refund your credit card once they get the return.
